A luxury train. A mysterious woman who calls herself the „Judge“. And a diabolical offer. For the official book trailer of Sebastian Fitzek’s „The Night Train“, we created the Royal Rail Express twice. Once as a set with wooden-panelled corridors and compartment 211, where the story comes to life with actors. And once as a miniature on a model railway, with Fitzek himself standing behind it and narrating. He directs the story like a game master, and the train continues deeper into the nightmare.

I'm packing my suitcase Challenge
What do you take on a trip you might not return from? For the challenge, fans should pack their own night train suitcase, whether funny, scary, or both. Then the task was: take photos and post them on #FitzekNachtzug. As the main prize, there was a trip on the night train, a weekend in Prague for two. Return trip guaranteed.

A suitcase, a ticket, a timetable: Prague – Berlin. But the true goal is survival. In the cover reveal, Sebastian Fitzek rolls his suitcase across the night platform, gets on the Royal Rail Express and takes a seat in compartment 211. There, the suitcase transforms into the book: the real luggage item becomes the limited edition of his anniversary psychological thriller, with scratched metal optics and Fitzek luggage tags.
The landing page for „Der Nachtzug“ brings visitors on board a journey from which there is no escape. From the tracks to the train, through narrow corridors to compartment 211 and back out into the night, everything is done by scrolling. Warm light and elegant wood promise luxury, but behind every door lurks the unknown. This creates a digital experience that combines fascination and suspense: elegant, quiet, and with every movement a little more threatening.
