As a Senior Content Creator & Social Media Manager (m/f/d), you are the voice and creative architect of our clients' social media presence. You develop holistic content strategies, produce captivating content that stands out in the feed and build sustainably growing communities.
- You develop and take responsibility for innovative content and social media strategies for demanding agency clients from B2B and B2C.
- You will be responsible for editorial planning, continuous trend monitoring and developing channel-appropriate storytelling that captivates the target group.
- You develop brand-specific tonalities and claims that are tailored to different target groups and platforms.
- You will be responsible for the conception, copywriting and production of social media content - from reels, posts, shorts and stories to TikToks, YouTube and LinkedIn posts.
- You are responsible for the cross-channel management and optimization of social media accounts and build a loyal following through active community management.
- In collaboration with graphics, performance and strategy, you will realize a wide range of creative - from video, images and memes to sophisticated ad concepts.
- You create the copy and creative for paid campaigns and always-on content with the clear goal of maximizing conversion and engagement rates.
- You take on the analysis, evaluation and reporting of measures and campaigns and optimize your strategy on the basis of hard facts.
Your skills
- You have several years of relevant experience in the areas of content creation, social media management and copywriting - whether on the agency, company or freelancer side.
- You can show us specific examples of how you have successfully developed brands and channels and brought them to life with creative content.
- You have outstanding copywriting skills and combine them with an excellent eye for visual storytelling, imagery and community dynamics.
- You have a deep understanding of the functioning and trends of the relevant platforms (TikTok, IG, LinkedIn etc.) and the ability to switch tonalities and storylines with style.
- You combine a creative mindset and high quality standards with initiative, a hands-on mentality and a genuine enjoyment of modern teamwork.
- You have sound practical experience in editing and cutting social videos (short form/vertical) and are proficient in common tools such as Premiere Pro or CapCut.
- You have experience in the areas of social advertising and data-driven content optimization.
- You are confident in the world of social tools for scheduling, analytics, community management, have experience in using AI tools and basic knowledge of image and video editing.
