As a copywriter & concept developer (m/f/d), you are the head and voice of our campaigns. You develop the brilliant idea, formulate the decisive message and accompany projects from the first flash of inspiration to measurable success.
- You are the driving force behind attention-grabbing campaigns, from the initial, bold idea to the fully developed, cross-channel concept.
- You think strategically and develop communication strategies that not only make brands visible, but also emotionally charge them and leave a lasting impression.
- You develop gripping storylines and narratives for videos, social media and websites that stick in people's minds.
- You formulate accurate and activating copy that works - for social media, websites, digital advertising material, print ads or video scripts.
- You strike the perfect tone for every brand and every target group and are responsible for developing and maintaining a consistent brand language.
- You take full responsibility for your projects, manage creative processes independently and present your concepts with confidence and enthusiasm.
- You are a competent contact person for our customers, understand their needs and proactively advise them on the best creative solution.
Your skills
- You have several years of professional experience in conception and copywriting, gained in a creative agency or a comparable dynamic environment.
- You can show us a portfolio that impressively demonstrates your conceptual strength, your textual diversity and your ability to develop brands.
- You have the ability to dive deep into brands and target groups and derive relevant insights for brilliant ideas.
- You are bubbling over with creative ideas and have a passion for always finding the best solution, not just the first one that comes along.
- You are a linguistic chameleon with an excellent feel for language and tonality and have mastered the entire range of writing techniques.
- You like to take on responsibility, work in a structured manner and interact with customers and partners in a confident and solution-oriented manner.
- You speak and write German at native speaker level as a matter of course - including impeccable spelling and grammar.
- You are able to present your concepts convincingly and engagingly in both German and English.
